The demand for engineering skills remains strong, yet barriers to equity persist—particularly for under-represented groups. In this webinar, we hear from industry thought leaders about major trends that have influenced decision-making in their respective industries in 2023. This discussion will explore what it takes to foster inclusive culture in their respective areas of specialization and industry.

Discussion themes include trends in workforce development, emergent technologies that help/hinder progress, and new roles being created for the future workforce. Participants will also reflect on how they tailor their own career pathways and share knowledge on how their specific industry can empower and fuel opportunities and share resources.
