Digi-Key Busts Billion-Dollar Barrier
Trumpeted by the company as an important milestone, electronics distributor Digi-Key surpassed $1 billion in worldwide sales for this year as of Sept. 2, 2010. “This is a defining moment for Digi-Key and one we are proud to share with our business partners,” says Mark Larson, Digi-Key president and COO. “At our current run rate, we expect our sales for the full year of 2010 to be in the range of $1.5 billion. Digi-Key’s business partnerships have enabled us to outperform our goals and push the limits to achieve even greater success than anticipated.”
