Infinite Electronics Acquires KP Performance Antennas

Deal will extend the scope of products for customers of both companies.

Infinite Electronics, a supplier of engineering-grade radio frequency (RF) components, assemblies, and wired and wireless connectivity solutions serving the aerospace and defense, industrial, government, consumer electronics, instrumentation, medical, and telecommunications markets, has acquired KP Performance Antennas, an Edmonton, Canada-based manufacturer of broadband antennas and accessories, according to the company.

Terry Jernigan, Infinite Electronics’ CEO, said the addition of KP will extend the scope of products for both Infinite Electronics and KP customers.

Founded in 2008, KP formed a team of experienced professionals focused on the design, development, and manufacture of solutions for the Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) market.
